Protein-Packed Chocolate Baked Oats Recipe

Most individuals receive protein from meat or chicken. Those are fine alternatives, but there are additional protein sources, including sweets.

Ingredient

– 1 cup rolled oat – 1 banana – 1 egg – 2 tablespoon honey – 1 tablespoon cocoa powder – 1 scoop chocolate protein powder – ½ teaspoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a safe for the oven.
