– 8 slices rye bread– ¼ cup mayonnaise– ⅓ cup Thousand Island dressing– ½ pound corned beef, sliced thin– ½ cup sauerkraut– ¼ pound Swiss cheese, sliced
Direction
Cover one side of the bread pieces with mayonnaise and the other with Thousand Island dressing.

Layer 4 pieces of bread with corned meat, sauerkraut, and cheese on the dressing side. Place other bread piece on top.

Cook the sandwich for 3 minutes each side in a hot cast iron pan with the mayo side out. Serve now.
