Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients 1 bunch kale 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt

Directions Compile every component.

Heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, or 150 degrees Celsius. Put parchment paper on the rim of a baking sheet.

Remove the thick stems of the kale leaves gently with a knife or kitchen scissors, then shred the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Using a salad spinner, carefully wash and dry the kale. Olive oil should be drizzled over the kale leaves, then combined. Sprinkle with salt after distributing evenly and not overhanging on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the sides begin to brown but are not burnt.
