Set the oven's temperature to 400°F, or 200°C. Use paper liners or grease a 12-cup muffin pan.

Milk, oil, and egg in a small bowl. To a large bowl, add flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Well-make. Add milk mixture to batter and fold in chocolate bits.
