Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe 

The flavor of this cranberry orange bread with walnuts is vibrant and fresh. It's excellent as a snack or for breakfast. Bake some muffins or a loaf!

– 2 cups flour – ¾ cup white sugar – 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder – ¾ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened – ¾ cup orange juice – 1 tablespoon grated orange zest – 1 large egg, beaten – 1 cup chopped cranberrie – ½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Oil an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

Put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl. Mix butter into flour. Mix orange juice, zest, and egg.

Add the walnuts and cranberries and mix well. Pour batter into the pan that has been prepared.

Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven.
