– 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened– 1 tablespoon butter, softened– 3 cups confectioners' sugar– 2 drops peppermint oil– 1 drop any color food coloring paste

Mix cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a large bowl. Add peppermint oil. Leave white or color with food coloring paste.

Form little balls and place on waxed paper. Use a sugared fork to flatten. For 2 hours on waxed paper, dry and freeze or chill.
