An easy Peach Crisp that is made with peaches that are fresh and juicy, and a topping that is deliciously crispy.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE TOPPING:– 1/2 cup (65 grams) all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled– 3/4 cup (150 grams) light brown sugar packed– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 1/2 cup (115 grams) cold unsalted butter, cubed into small piece– 1 cup (100 grams) old-fashioned rolled oatFOR THE FILLING:– 5 cups sliced peaches about 6-7 medium peache– 1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated sugar– 1/4 cup (31 grams) all-purpose flour spooned & leveled
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm the oven up to 177°F (350°C). Coat a 9-inch pie plate or an 8- or 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray that doesn't stick.

Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Use a pastry cutter or fork to cut the cold cubed butter into the dry ingredients until it comes together and is crumbly. Stir in the oats and refrigerate while making the filling.

Place sliced peaches in a large bowl and sprinkle with flour and sugar. Mix until all peaches are coated. Sprinkle the topping over the peaches in the baking dish after removing it from the fridge.

Bake until the topping is lightly golden brown and the juices are bubbling around the edges, 40–50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack after removing from the oven before serving.
