Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe 

We eat this bread within a few days. This bread has an unusual flavor from the cinnamon.

– 3 cups all-purpose flour – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon salt – 2 cups white sugar – 3 egg – 1 cup vegetable oil – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 cups shredded zucchini – 1 cup chopped walnut – 1 cup semisweet chocolate chip

Set oven temperature to 350 F (175 C). Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans very lightly.

Mix the flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a sizable bowl. Beat the eggs and sugar together in a another bowl until thoroughly combined.

Beat in oil and vanilla until well blended. Add zucchini and stir. Stir just until moistened after adding flour mixture. Add chocolate chunks and almonds and stir. Evenly spoon into loaf pans.

Bake 55–60 minutes in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let pans cool for 10 minutes. Remove bread from pans and cool on wire rack.
