Directions Turn the oven on to 350°. Mix the first 8 ingredients in a bowl that is suitable to use in the microwave. Melt butter in the microwave on high for two to three minutes while covered; stir to combine.
Spoon shrimp and bay leaves onto each of two 13 x 9-inch ungreased baking trays. Toss to incorporate. Spoon half of the lemon mixture into each dish.
